HAVE Support provides services under the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) Community Pathways Waiver, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live safely, independently, and meaningfully in their communities.
Services are available through provider-led (traditional) and self-directed service models depending on eligibility and individual choice.

About the Waiver
Designed for Long-Term Community Living
The Community Pathways Waiver is designed for individuals who require ongoing supports to maintain community living rather than institutional care. HAVE Support partners with individuals, families, Coordinators of Community Services (CCS), and Support Brokers to deliver DDA-approved services that align with waiver requirements and individual goals.
DDA-Administered
Overseen by the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration.
Medicaid HCBS-Funded
Funded through Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).
Provider-Led
HAVE Support coordinates staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
Self-Directed
