Already Supporting Someone You Know?
A participant's family member, caregiver, or family friend may be eligible to apply for certain positions with HAVE Support. Eligibility depends on the service, funding model, the applicant's relationship to the participant, and applicable DDA, Medicaid, conflict-of-interest, and service requirements.
Family members and family friends must complete the same application, screening, qualification, background-check, training, supervision, documentation, and performance requirements associated with the position. Employment is not guaranteed, and no paid services may begin before formal approval and written authorization.
